No Commercial photography.

No smoking or vaping withing the house.

No parties or events.

We understand that your furry friends will want to sit with you on the furniture but we respectfully ask please that muddy or wet dogs are not allowed onto the bedding or furniture.

Please provide your own pet towel for your furry friends and we respectfully ask that the white towels provided in the barn are not used for pets. We kindly ask that dogs are not left on their own in the barn or garden for an extended period of time.

We kindly ask that guests respect our house rules: no parties, events, stag or hen celebrations are permitted under any circumstances. The property is intended for quiet enjoyment and relaxation.

For safety, comfort, and in accordance with insurance and local regulations, a maximum of 6 guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
